well I'm sure some of you know me... those that don't it's not really important.
Currently I only have a few XMODs all broke and I have little intention on repairing them. You can dump a lot of money into XMODs and the cost is over wieghing the end results.
So I'm considering a NITRO rc, I have no experence with nitro so I'm wonder what would be a good starter. I would like some thing that is ready to run or is close to being ready. Also something that could be upgraded in the future and have noticable results.
I'm a Master Auto Techinian so I'm good with my hands and I have a good understanding and experince with gasoline engines, but mostly four stroke.
Thanks |

Do you plan on racing, bashing or just backyard fun? That would be the first question to figure out what to start out with. _________________

A good all around starter and racer would be a NTC3 they are fast and have alot of parts at hobby shops so u dont have to order online. They are good strong car and are great for beginners as well as seasoned racers. _________________

Well i would be mostly doing back yard fun, what is the biggest difference between the ETC3 and the NTC3, and is thier a company site i can use to look at them?
Ok I found some stuff on line, difference is electric or nitro. It looks more like a smooth road chassis, i don't think it will do very well in my yard. |
I've found that some chassis are availble electric or nitro. The electrics seem to cost less, can they later on be effecently converted to nitro?
I HIGHLY doubt that. And yes elec. is less but you may have better luck with nitro if you something about engines which you said earlier you do so I'd say Nitro. What about a RC10T? its just like the RC18T (elec.) but its nitro. Or the Jato. _________________

Nitro can be converted into electric with some mods, in fact the fastest car in the world right now is a converted NTC3 that broke 160mph. Its not hard if you know what you are doing.
And im confused, you are all the same person? WTF! ![Question](images/smiles/icon_question.gif) _________________
